What is the Filament Bible App?
The Filament Bible App is a free app that connects directly to Filament Edition, physical Bibles. By scanning a page number with your phone or tablet, the Filament Bible App instantly delivers study notes, articles, reflections, videos, interactive maps, and worship music, all curated for the exact Scripture you're reading. You get the portability of a lightweight Bible with the depth of a full study Bible, without the bulk.
Study
Everything you'd expect from an excellent study Bible: book introductions, verse-by-verse study notes, in-depth articles on key theological topics, and profiles of key people and places from the Bible. All tied to the page you're on.
Reflect
Less about in-depth study, more about connecting Scripture to everyday life. Reflect surfaces devotional articles and thoughts curated from some of Tyndale’s most trusted resources, all linked to the passages on your current page.
See
All things visual. Interactive maps let you zoom in, tap key locations, and explore photos of biblical sites. Videos relevant to your page are provided by The Bible Project, and worship music videos with lyrics are also available for select pages.
